i want to be an advanced builder because i always have to ask for stuff. I would like to just get it myself, so I can build more stuff and complete my house

here are some things i forgot to mention. I have been on the server for a few days, and have already built a fully lockdownable panic room. I plan to make a bigger and better house and add to different public buildings around town
