Can't Promote!

Hey Zerk, I can't promote people so they can build more stuff. Also, I think there's been some griefing in the server, some stuff has been tampered with from people's buildings. I'm thinking you might want to set up a whitelist. Also, are you able to give people certain commands no matter what rank they are?

Scaffey there are three things i would like to say i dont really know if you are not doing the right command or what but to promote it is Example:/manpromote scaffeyflame Administrators and it will prommote them. I have notified servercraft and they are working on it so i can give players under Admin commands when i want to. Third griefing is basically part of a server i hate to break it to you but as long as there are servers there will be griefers.
