Iconomy and Shop Plugin

Iconomy provides an in game money system, and shops that you may open and sell items.
with this money system you could do things such as:
- Pay for a plane/boat/car/ufo/etc ticket
-Pay for items available in the shop
- pay for prostitutes(not really dont get excited)
- Show your wealth
- Show your poorness
